Their HR Systems team is responsible for the sustainment and continuous improvement of enterprise payroll systems supporting a complex, multi-jurisdictional workforce. The environment is SAP-centric, and the team operates in a collaborative, cross-functional model engaging closely with IT, application managed services providers, and external vendors.

You:

You'll bring the following experience and capabilities:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Payroll including configuration, implementation, and live production support in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting SAP payroll in a live production environment, with full end-to-end payroll cycle knowledge.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a passion for resolving complex technical and process issues.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with IT and business stakeholders across multiple layers of an organization.

Compensation:

This role pays between $120,000 to $145,000 per annum as well as a solid benefits package.
