Job Description
Role Overview The Systems Business Systems Analyst will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams and will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, documenting system specifications, and ensuring technology solutions align with organizational objectives. This role will focus on evaluating existing systems, identifying improvement opportunities, and facilitating the implementation of system enhancements with the development team. Responsibilities Requirements AnalysisDocumentation Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements documents (FRDs), and user stories Develop process flow diagrams, system interaction maps, and data flow documentation System AnalysisDesign analyze current business processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Evaluate existing system capabilities and limitations to recommend optimal solutions Participate in system design sessions and provide input on technical architecture decisions Stakeholder Management facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
Manage expectations and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to various stakeholder groups TestingQuality Assurance Work with QA team to develop test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria based on business requirements Coordinate and participate in system testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing Validate that delivered solutions meet documented requirements and business objectives Support troubleshooting and resolution of system issues during testing and post-implementation phases Project Support Monitor project deliverables and timelines to ensure successful completion of initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
