Job Description Job Description Business Process Re-engineering Manager Location: Remote (Only candidates local to Pennsylvania will be considered) Schedule: 37.5 Hours per Week Position Summary "Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking a highly motivated Business Process Re-engineering Manager to lead operational improvement and modernization initiatives within a large and complex organizational environment. This role is responsible for analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing business processes across multiple departments while partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and organizational alignment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in process improvement methodologies, strategic planning, stakeholder facilitation, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise process analysis, workflow evaluation, and business process documentation initiatives. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and collaborative sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities. Develop current-state and future-state process maps, business workflows, and gap analyses.
Create and maintain process improvement roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities and modernization goals. Partner with leadership teams to prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic value. Support the development of governance models, accountability structures, and process ownership frameworks.
Design and implement operational metrics, reporting dashboards, and performance tracking tools. Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, recommendations, and status updates. Assist with implementation planning, organizational change management, and communication strategies.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, organized, and suitable for long-term operational use. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline Minimum 3 years of experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, or process optimization initiatives Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing projects, initiatives, or teams Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently within complex and fast-paced environments Proven experience leading enterprise-wide or multi-department process redesign initiatives Strong stakeholder management and facilitation experience with leadership and cross-functional teams Experience utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or comparable methodologies Experience producing professional process documentation and executive-ready deliverables Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting government, public-sector, or highly regulated organizations Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related professional certifications Experience developing governance structures and operational performance frameworks Knowledge of organizational change management practices Experience building sustainable continuous improvement programs For more details reach at [email protected]
