This Business Process Analyst role is for an organisation progressing through a large scale transformation programme.

The role is ideal for an experienced Business Process Analyst seeking variety and challenge. Requirements for the role: Previous experience in process improvement & transformation within a large, multi‑site organisation.

Ability to support large‑scale transformation projects. Strong analytical skills to assess processes & quantify potential process improvements. Exceptional communication abilities to manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities include: Process mapping & documentation. Development of a new target operating model. Requirements gathering and data analysis.

Identifying automation opportunities by working closely with software development teams. Providing improvement recommendations.
