Business Operations Analyst (Sunnyvale)

Our client, a marketplace startup, is hiring a BizOps Analyst to support its growing team. This role sits at the center of delivery and marketplace operations, using data, SQL, and dashboards to drive decisions and improve performance. You’ll start by owning analytics for high-value client delivery, then expand into broader BizOps—supporting metrics, processes, and operating cadence across the business.

Build dashboards and run analyses to track performance and uncover insights Use SQL to analyze marketplace dynamics (conversion, cohorts, supply/demand) Support leadership with data-driven recommendations Leverage AI tools to streamline analysis and operations Strong SQL and data skills; experience with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau) a plus ~ Claude Code) to analyze data and automate workflows ~ Analytical, structured thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments ~ High ownership with interest in strategy + operations Great opportunity to work at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution in a scaling startup.
