Job Description
Barga Pty Ltd T/ A Caesar Emporium is seeking a skilled Business Operation Manager (Senior Retail Manager) to lead the retail and service operations in Griffith, NSW. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee showroom and retail operations to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and market competitiveness.
• Analyze sales trends, financial reports, and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare, monitor, and control budgets, expenditure, and profitability.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and performance-manage sales consultants, warehouse staff, and administrative employees.
• Develop workforce plans, rosters, and performance improvement strategies.
• Establish and maintain customer service standards, resolve complex enquiries, and implement service improvement initiatives.
• Oversee inventory planning, stock forecasting, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
• Liaise with manufacturers, wholesalers, and freight providers regarding product availability and delivery schedules.
• Ensure showroom presentation, merchandising standards, and product displays optimize customer engagement.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety, Australian Consumer Law, and company policies.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities and seasonal sales program
• Coordinate communication between sales, warehouse, purchasing, and administration teams.
• Represent the business professionally with customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant Diploma or higher qualification
