Job Description
The New York, New York office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Business Litigation Associate.

Qualifications
- 2โ4 years of litigation experience
- Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions
- Familiarity with mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations
- Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills
- Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- New York licensure, or ability to obtain it
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $187,500 to $200,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
Bonuses
- Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
