Business Litigation Associate
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid)
Experience: 3–6 years
Our client, a well-established full-service law firm, is seeking a Business Litigation Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its Miami office. This is a strong opportunity to work on complex commercial disputes across a diverse client base, including real estate, hospitality, construction, and large corporate clients.
What You’ll Work On:
- Handling sophisticated business litigation matters in state and federal courts
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other court filings
- Taking and defending depositions
- Attending hearings and supporting trial preparation
- Working closely with partners on complex, high-value disputes
- Interacting directly with clients across multiple industries
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–6 years of business or commercial litigation experience
- Strong academic credentials and law firm experience
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Experience handling depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar admission
- Federal clerkship experience required
