Business Legal Analyst (Philadelphia)

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join a legal/compliance-focused team within a major Philadelphia‑based organization. This role is ideal for someone with a paralegal background, research experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills who wants to grow into a business analysis career. Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders Analyze workflows, processes, and system gaps Assist with functional and technical specification documentation Participate in stakeholder meetings and requirements workshops Help identify project risks, issues, and dependencies Support QA/testing and system enhancements Develop training materials and user documentation Assist during implementation and post‑go‑live support Requirements: Paralegal or legal research experience Strong Microsoft Office proficiency Excellent communication and analytical skills Detail‑oriented and able to work well in a collaborative environment Schedule & Details: Hybrid: Tues–Thurs onsite in Center city Philadelphia EEO Policy: Allied Resources complies with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) affirmative action laws and regulations.
