Compensation for onsite WA applicants is $85,000 - $115,000. Responsibilities ERP Implementation & customizations; systems & infrastructure management Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions, including interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models Train end-users on Power BI and best practices to drive data consumption Develop, optimize, and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources into our data warehouse Data modeling; write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and performance tuning Create custom data points for analysis using calculated fields & expressions Proactively design, test, and deploy new dashboards & visualizations Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, and user manuals Build and perform routine audits of data in reports/dashboards Provide first and second-line support to end-users, resolving system issues and managing support tickets in a timely manner Requirements gathering, business process mapping, and change management Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative discipline 5+ years of professional ERP & analytics experience Successful experience using SharePoint, DAX, Power Platform (BI, Query, Automate), C#, Visual Basic, SQL, REST APIs, and Python Advanced to expert MS Excel skills Deep experience with recursion, pivot/unpivot, and window functions Experience with cloud-based BI/ERP solutions, MS Fabric, Salesforce Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail; highly accurate and thorough Knowledge of life sciences and/or manufacturing industries preferred Benefits Medical (HSA & PPO), Dental, Vision, Long/Short term disability, HSA with employer contribution, 401(K) (Traditional & Roth options) with up to 5% company match, Education Assistance, PTO, Paid Holidays, bonus potential Eligibility Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction Must be willing to take and pass a drug test AST is an equal opportunity employer Compensation is competitive, including salary, bonus potential, health plan options, 401K match, and paid time off This is a full-time position based in Tacoma.
