Business Development Specialist (Tech & Private Equity) | UK / Ireland We’re hiring at Iperium. We work with Private Equity firms and high-growth tech companies to build leadership teams. Now we’re looking for someone to help drive new client conversations and expand our network.
This role is about: Identifying the right companies (PE, portfolio, high-growth tech) Mapping senior stakeholders (Partners, CTOs, CEOs, Talent Leads) Running targeted outreach across LinkedIn, email, HubSpot, Clay Starting relevant conversations that actually land Booking qualified meetings for our founders and consultants What success looks like: 5+ strong new client conversations per week 5–10 qualified meetings per month Relationships built across PE firms and portfolio companies A clear, active pipeline of opportunities You’ll likely be a fit if you: Have 2–5 years in a commercial, research, or client-facing role Have excellent written and verbal communication Are organised and proactive Are comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders Have an interest in tech or private equity What this isn’t: Not a cold-calling grind Not a recruitment delivery role Not activity for the sake of it Why join: Work directly with founders Get exposure to PE and high-growth tech Help build a scalable BD function Clear path into a senior commercial role
