Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (Cold Call Specialist) to join a fast-paced sales environment.

This role focuses on high-volume outbound calling to generate leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for the sales team. If you are energetic, persistent, and confident on the phone, this is a great opportunity to gain experience in business development and sales. Key Responsibilities Conduct 100–150+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients Generate and qualify leads through cold calling Schedule appointments and pass opportunities to the sales team Handle objections professionally and effectively Maintain accurate records of interactions in a CRM system Perform follow-ups and basic data entry Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Resilience and ability to handle rejection Organized with attention to detail Basic computer and CRM proficiency Previous sales or call center experience is a plus (not required) Why Apply?
