Business Development Representative Date Posted: 2026-03-18 Location: 7 Keefer Court, Hamilton, Ontario, L8E 4V4, Canada Responsibilities Develop and implement lead-generating market initiatives by providing elevator maintenance consultation. Understand customer and market conditions and present a positioned offer that meets those needs. Survey elevator systems to determine viable service options and strategies.
Identify and prepare bid opportunities to construct maintenance proposals and capital budgeting plans. Develop recapture strategies and negotiate with potential customers. Provide elevator consultation and technical advice, make effective sales presentations, and develop business through customer contacts and relationships.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self‑motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.
Comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft-based software. Goal‑oriented with strong time management and organizational skills. Elevator industry experience desired. 3+ years relevant sales experience preferred.
Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
