The UK arm is lean, high-growth, and commercially focused, offering a less structured environment where individuals can take ownership and drive tangible results. You’ll work closely with the UK lead, contributing to market direction and expansion strategy. What you’ll be doing Drive new business growth across the UK within supplements and food & beverage ingredients Build and execute a self-generated pipeline, targeting high-value accounts Develop and convert commercial relationships through proactive market engagement Identify market gaps and influence product opportunities aligned to customer demand What you’ll bring Experience within supplements, nutraceuticals, or food & beverage ingredients Proven track record or clear ability to win new business Strong commercial awareness with the ability to spot market opportunities Confidence operating independently within a lean, entrepreneurial setup Who this suits You’re a commercially minded individual who thrives on ownership and new business development.
