We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead dealer acquisition, account growth, and strategic business development initiatives throughout Canada and the United States.

Position Summary The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and growing profitable customer relationships. This role focuses on expanding Sun Glow's dealer network, increasing sales with existing accounts, identifying new market opportunities, and serving as a key ambassador for the Sun Glow brand. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, customer-focused, and experienced in B2B sales, business development, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and secure new dealer, retailer, builder, designer, and commercial accounts. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets. Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events.

Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions. Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as required. Account Management Develop strong relationships with existing customers and key decision-makers.

Grow sales within assigned accounts through regular communication and business reviews. Identify opportunities to introduce new products, programs, and services. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues in a professional manner.

Conduct dealer training on Sun Glow products, ordering systems, and sales tools. Sales Performance Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives. Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities within the CRM system.

Prepare sales forecasts and activity reports. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback. Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies and promotional programs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Customer Service, Production, Marketing, and Operations teams. Assist with the development of marketing initiatives, product launches, and dealer programs. Provide customer feedback and market intelligence to management.

Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Required 5+ years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience. Proven track record of generating new business and growing existing accounts.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to travel throughout assigned territories.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Preferred Experience in the window covering, building products, construction, interior design, or related industries. Existing network within the dealer, builder, architect, or commercial construction market. Experience working with distributors and independent retailers.
