BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – WORKWEAR & PPE

County Cavan | Hybrid and Field-Based

360 Workwear is an exciting new division of an established Irish company with extensive experience supplying branded workwear and apparel to businesses throughout Ireland.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to generate new business, develop lasting customer relationships and grow key accounts across Ireland.

You will manage the complete sales process, from identifying prospects and responding to initial enquiries through to quotations, order management and delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to play a central role in establishing 360 Workwear as a preferred workwear partner for businesses across a range of industries.

As the company grows, there will be genuine opportunities for career progression and increased responsibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate new business and build a strong, sustainable sales pipeline
  • Identify and engage prospective customers across target industries
  • Develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Prepare quotations and manage the sales process from enquiry through to delivery
  • Grow existing accounts while identifying cross-selling and new-business opportunities
  • Achieve agreed revenue, sales and margin targets
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and provide a high standard of service
  • Provide market insight to help shape product, pricing and commercial strategy
  • Work closely with colleagues, suppliers and operational partners to ensure successful delivery

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will have:

  • Two to five years’ experience in B2B sales or business development
  • A proven ability to generate new business and develop customer relationships
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Confidence managing the complete sales process
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated and results-focused approach
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a growing team
  • A full, clean driving licence

Experience in workwear, PPE, construction, engineering, manufacturing, facilities management or a related industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
