Job Description

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new client pipelines, managing sales opportunities, and supporting Immigo Consulting’s expansion across key markets. You will work closely with internal teams to promote immigration services, identify partnership opportunities, and deliver a professional client experience from first enquiry through to conversion. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies to increase client acquisition and revenue growth.

Generate quality leads through outbound sales, networking, referrals, partnerships, digital channels, and industry connections. Identify and approach prospective clients interested in immigration, visa, migration, study, work, or settlement services. Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, consultation booking, follow-up, proposal discussion, and conversion.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, education partners, migration networks, agents, and referral partners. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, KPIs, and lead conversion goals. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, client notes, and follow-up activity.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and new growth opportunities. Represent Immigo Consulting professionally across calls, meetings, events, and partner engagements. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality, campaign performance, and client conversion.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Sales, Commerce, or a related field. Additional qualifications or certifications in sales, business development, immigration services, client advisory, or CRM systems will be highly regarded. Skills and Attributes Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Confident in outbound calling, client meetings, presentations, and consultative selling. Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals. Excellent follow-up discipline and attention to detail.

Professional, target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated. Strong knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital lead management tools. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
