Role As a Business Development Manager, you take ownership to maximise opportunities and increase footfall through utilising sales initiatives to achieve targets and budget sales for the area. Responsibilities Responsible for the area pre-booked sales retention and growth.

Review your business's current and future pre-booked sales to drive conversion and confirmed bookings. Develop new business opportunities. Promote multiple aspects of the venues in your area.

Generate leads from cold calling, networking and sales leads. Create sales packages to maximise revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with the General Managers to improve productivity, effectiveness, and the customer experience.

Coordinate and create promotional activity across the venues in your area. Work with a team of sales and events coordinators based at our call centre to deliver excellent levels of customer service and well‑planned and executed events and functions. Ideal Candidate Must be an enthusiastic, dedicated and hardworking individual.

Have proactive selling experience within the hospitality sector. Have entrepreneurial flair and a talent for seeing a sales opportunity where others cannot. Have experience in running and managing a broad portfolio of events.Have a methodical and meticulous approach to your work.
