We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Victoria, helping customers unlock the value of innovative healthcare and digital technologies that deliver meaningful impact.

This is an opportunity to join a respected market leader with an established pipeline, strong customer partnerships and a portfolio that spans healthcare infrastructure, software, SaaS, mobility, data and connected care solutions.

The Opportunity

This is more than a traditional sales role. You'll work alongside healthcare leaders, clinicians, ICT teams and executive stakeholders to understand challenges, influence strategic decisions and create opportunities that improve the delivery of care.

Focused on enterprise, hospital and aged care customers, you'll build trusted relationships, identify growth opportunities and help drive the adoption of market-leading healthcare and digital solutions.

About You

You're a commercially astute business development professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys building long-term customer partnerships.

You may come from healthcare technology, enterprise software, SaaS, digital transformation or another consultative B2B sales environment.

You'll bring:

• Proven business development success and a strong track record of growth
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
• A professional, credible and customer-focused approach
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles and multiple decision-makers
• Strong pipeline discipline and commercial acumen
• A passion for technology and solutions that create real-world impact
• Exposure to healthcare, aged care, construction or technology-based projects

Qualifications and Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline (desirable)
• Current Driver's Licence and ability to drive unrestricted
• Willingness to travel throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria
• Willingness to obtain customer site access requirements, including vaccinations, security clearances or industry-specific certifications where required
