Job Description

The Sales & Business Development Manager is responsible for generating and developing sales for the companyโ€™s portfolio of specialist access equipment for the rail and aviation markets across the UK. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities across target sectors Manage and grow existing customer accounts Conduct customer visits and build strong relationships Prepare and follow up on quotations and tenders Respond to sales enquiries and customer requirements Support exhibitions, product demonstrations, and presentations Maintain accurate CRM and sales reporting information Liaise with engineering and production teams on customer projects Support the achievement of sales and profit targets About You Proven experience in technical sales or business development Background within engineering, manufacturing, aviation, rail, or industrial sectors Strong relationship-building and communication skills Comfortable managing customer visits and presentations Commercially driven with the ability to identify opportunities Self-motivated and organised with good reporting skills
