Business Development Manager – MPS | North of England (Yorkshire / Northeast)

Location: Ideally Yorkshire or the Northeast

An MPS provider are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to deliver new growth across the North of England, with a primary focus on Yorkshire and the Northeast. The role centres on promoting a suite of model portfolio solutions to financial advisers

Key responsibilities

• Drive new assets under management within your region by engaging financial advisers.
• Represent and promote the firm’s range of model portfolio solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships through regular adviser meetings, events and strategic engagement.
• Work closely with internal colleagues to organise and host adviser events, including seminars and breakfast briefings.

Candidate profile

• Demonstrated success in a field based BDM role (doesn’t have to be MPS as all training would be provided)
• Ideal would be knowledge of investments, such as MPS, multi-asset funds or platforms.
• Excellent relationship-building
• Self-motivated / commercially minded
• Based in Yorkshire or the Northeast
