Position Responsibilities: Proven track record to persuade and negotiate through consultation and active listening skills Effective presentation skills and delivery to engage with different audiences Ability to prioritize and manage time to schedule business development activities Proven sales competence, business development and prospecting proficiency Interest in technological advancements as a way to improve efficiencies and effectiveness Knowledgeable about the current industry landscape and competitors, and able to innovate in sales strategies, marketing concepts and product applications Expertise in Wealth Management solutions and strategies Desired Attributes: Positive and energetic Resilient and coachable Ambitious Self‑motivated Adaptable to change Results oriented Required Qualifications: College or university degree in a related field is preferred Prior sales experience in the financial services industry, ideally with familiarity in advisor practice management Knowledge of Wealth Management products (mutual funds, ETFs, segregated funds) and an understanding of global financial markets Successful completion of industry‑related courses such as CSC, IFIC, CFP (or working toward them) is preferred When you join our team: We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want. Benefits and Compensation: Location: Vancouver, British Columbia. Hybrid with 4 days in the office. Salary range: $100,000.00CAD – $140,000.00CAD, plus sales incentives based on performance.
