Business Development Manager

So… you’re the kind of person who actually enjoys turning “hmm interesting…” into “where do I sign?” You love a good challenge, a blank pipeline, and the thrill of spotting opportunities before anyone else even knows they exist. You’re part detective, part storyteller, part closer, and somehow still a decent human being who people want to work with :) Good. We should talk.

The actual Job: You’ll be out there finding new clients for Jam Pan, spotting opportunities, starting conversations, and turning curious prospects into happy partners. You won’t be doing this alone of course. You’ll team up with our Fractional Marketing Director (yes, that’s a real title) and a bunch of clever humans across marketing, tech, learning, and talent.

Your mission: Take warm-ish leads and make them actually exciting Build relationships that don’t feel like sales-y nonsense Understand what’s keeping organisations up at night Show them how Jam Pan can fix it (in a smart, non-boring way) Guide deals from “hello” → “proposal” → “let’s do this” We are a fully remote business, so you could work from anywhere across the UK, don't hesitate to apply if you see yourself working with us!
