Задачи:

• Manage a high volume of daily outbound interactions with prospective customers via phone, email, and other channels to raise interest, qualify and educate prospects, and connect them with sales teams to meet regional revenue targets as an individual contributor
• Develop and manage a lead pipeline by assessing, prioritizing, and progressing many prospective clients simultaneously
• Define and execute plans to meet and exceed role-based goals
• Engage with senior managers across marketing, sales, and operations to design and execute campaigns
• Help continuously improve internal and external processes
• Use marketing, pre-sales, and sales resources effectively to meet objectives
• Advocate for the brand and develop expertise in customer service and CRM
• Report pipeline status regularly and conduct forecasting exercises.

Требования:

• A bachelor's or master's degree is desirable
• Ideally, have initial sales or business development experience, preferably in a similar role, or equivalent practical experience in another high-velocity sales environment
• Experience with the UK market
• Be a fast learner, action-oriented, and passionate about sales, customer service, and CRM tools
• Have strong customer and goal orientation, self-motivation, friendly persistence, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate as a team player
• Be able to thrive in a fast-paced, globally dispersed work environment
• Be fluent in English
• Nice to have: Cloud software sales experience
