Manager / Senior Manager – GCC Business Development (B2B recruitment Sales) Location: Hyderabad (The Professional should be based out of Hyderabad – But will have the flexibility to work remotely) About Us We are a research-driven leadership recruitment firm trusted by Fortune 500 companies, global MNCs, and large conglomerates. We specialize in delivering high-impact talent solutions across leadership, professional, and specialist hiring mandates. Role Purpose We are seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to drive client acquisition within the Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem.
The role will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and acquiring GCCs across India, building long-term partnerships, and generating recruitment business opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Identify, prospect, and acquire new GCC clients across industries. • Build relationships with GCC leaders, HR stakeholders, and decision-makers. • Drive the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure. • Develop and execute strategic account acquisition plans to achieve revenue targets. • Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery. • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline data in CRM. • Track market trends, GCC expansion plans, and hiring opportunities to create new business avenues. Qualifications • 5–12 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition. • Prior experience selling recruitment, executive search, staffing, HR solutions, or related services to GCCs is strongly preferred. • Strong network within the GCC ecosystem in Hyderabad and across India. • Proven track record of acquiring and managing enterprise clients. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Success Metrics • New GCC client acquisitions. • Revenue generated from acquired accounts. • Client retention and account growth. • Sales pipeline creation and conversion.
