We're Hiring: Business Development Manager โ€” FireTweet (IoT Fire Safety) About FireTweet FireTweet (www.FireTweet.in) is an IoT-based platform for real-time health monitoring of fire protection assets โ€” a Building Management System built specifically for fire safety. We help building owners, facility teams, and fire safety contractors continuously monitor the readiness of hydrants, sprinklers, pumps, and other critical fire protection systems, so problems are caught before an emergency, not during one. The Role We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth for FireTweet across India.

You'll own the full sales cycle โ€” from identifying opportunities to closing deals โ€” while building lasting relationships with builders, facility managers, MEP consultants, and fire safety contractors. What you'll do Identify and pursue new business with real estate developers, commercial buildings, hospitals, industrial facilities, malls, and warehouses Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, from lead generation to closure Develop relationships with key decision-makers: facility heads, project managers, fire safety officers, and consultants Deliver compelling product demos and articulate FireTweet's value vs. traditional fire safety monitoring Work with channel partners, system integrators, and fire safety contractors to expand reach Provide market feedback to shape product and pricing What we're looking for Ideal candidates bring sales experience in any one of the following: Sales of Hydrant & Sprinkler Systems Sales of Building Management Systems (BMS) Sales of IoT Solutions We'd also strongly welcome experience selling: Fire detection & alarm systems / fire fighting equipment HVAC / MEP systems Security & surveillance or ELV / low-voltage systems Industrial automation, SCADA, instrumentation or sensors Pumps, valves & industrial equipment Electrical goods (switchgear, lighting, fans) Facility Management (FM) services PropTech or B2B SaaS into real estate / facilities Plus: 5+ years in B2B / solution sales in above areas Comfort selling to facility, project, and safety stakeholders Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel as needed Why FireTweet Be part of a category-defining product at the intersection of fire safety and IoT High-impact role with direct influence on growth and product direction Competitive compensation with performance incentives Location: Mumbai or Pune To apply: Share your profile at (email) or apply directly via LinkedIn.
