Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Stoney Creek, ON, for a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities while building long‑term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities include prospecting and generating leads, managing prospective client deals, developing and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. You will actively participate in networking events, present solutions to prospective clients, and drive revenue growth. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management Existing book of business, industry contacts, quality presence in the industry Experience with CRM tools, lead generation, and customer relationship management Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Strategic thinking and problem‑solving capabilities to identify and act on growth opportunities Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and independently Knowledge of technology solutions such as IT, CRM, ERP, and VoIP is highly advantageous Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
