Job Description

We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth, strengthen key partnerships, and lead strategic sales initiatives within the food & beverage industry . This is a highly visible, client-facing leadership role for someone who thrives on relationship building, business development, and turning strategy into measurable results. What You’ll Be Doing: Own, manage, and grow major retail relationships across North America Expand distribution, market presence, and revenue growth Develop and execute strategic sales plans to support long-term business objectives Build strong partnerships with key retailers, distributors, and industry stakeholders Identify new business opportunities and drive account expansion Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver growth initiatives and customer success Balance high-level sales strategy with hands-on execution What We’re Looking For: ✔ Must have CPG experience, ideally within the food & beverage industry ✔ Strong, established Canadian retail relationships are essential ✔ Proven success growing key accounts, distribution, and revenue ✔ Strategic thinker with the ability to build a plan and execute on it ✔ Exceptional client-facing, negotiation, and relationship management skills ✔ Comfortable with frequent travel throughout Canada and the U.S. ✔ Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to excel in a fully remote environment Disclosure: This job advertisement is for an existing vacancy and is not for general talent pooling or speculative recruitment.
