We’re a new, data-led sales agency acting as the outsourced corporate sales function for some of London’s leading experiential venues. We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Business Development Manager to drive corporate bookings and revenue across our venue portfolio.

This isn’t a single-venue role. You’ll build pipeline, win corporate business and manage bookings across a portfolio of standout London venues — backed by a sales system built by operators and driven by data.

The person

We’re looking for someone who combines commercial drive with genuine hospitality energy.

You’ll be charismatic, high-energy and naturally engaging — someone who loves hospitality, whether you’ve worked in the sector or simply love being a customer of it. You’ll understand what makes a great venue and know how to get people excited about an experience.

You should be the kind of person who can walk into a room and build rapport quickly. Professional and detail-oriented, yes — but also someone who brings energy, personality and a sense of fun. Think less traditional salesperson, more life of the party who knows how to close a deal.

You’ll also need to be highly organised, commercially focused and comfortable using data to manage your pipeline and prioritise opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in hospitality, events, experiential venues or a similar relationship-led sector.

A track record of generating new business and hitting revenue targets.

Strong hands-on CRM experience and a data-driven approach to pipeline management.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills.

Confidence leading outbound prospecting, not just handling inbound enquiries.

Ability to understand corporate buyers’ needs, build trust and close effectively.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bookings and stakeholders under pressure.

Genuine passion for hospitality, venues and experiences.

Immediate availability or a very short notice period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and win new corporate business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking and re-engaging past bookers.

Build and nurture relationships with corporate buyers from first conversation through to confirmed booking.

Bring our venues to life and match clients with the right experience for their event.

Own the booking process end to end, including proposals, holding dates, negotiations, numbers, dietaries, contracts and handover.

Maintain accurate pipeline and activity within the CRM.

Use data to prioritise opportunities, improve conversion and drive sales performance.

Monitor performance and produce regular reports and forecasts for internal teams and venue clients.

Work closely with venue partners to ensure every booking delivers an exceptional experience.

Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.

Help shape our sales processes and culture as the business grows.

Why join us?

This is a chance to join a new agency at ground level and help shape how some of London’s best venues win corporate business. xrnqpay
