Business Development Manager

Job DescriptionI'm looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to work for a leading global professional body based in Dublin. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of tailored business plans to expand professional qualifications, learning sales, career opportunities and employer accreditation programs. The role will suit someone who thrives on building impactful partnerships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow partnerships within your designated market or sector. Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive new business opportunities. Promote professional qualifications, learning programs, and employer accreditation schemes to increase product uptake.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment of business development activities and deliverables. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and client needs to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities. Key Requirements : Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development and relationship management, preferably within education or professional services. Strong understanding of the education and skills landscape, with familiarity of qualifications and accreditation programs. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.

Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to meet targets within deadlines and budgets. Remuneration Package €65 -70,000 per annum TPBN1_IJ
