THE ROLE

This is a rare opportunity to build a new specialist division from the ground up. You'll take ownership of the South of England, developing new business while growing key accounts across NHS and private urology centres. Working closely with consultants, specialist nurses, theatre teams and procurement, you'll introduce a clinically respected portfolio that offers genuine value to customers.

With the freedom to shape the territory and make a real commercial impact, you'll play a key role in the future growth of the business.

South of England – Home Counties, London, South Coast and South West.

REQUIREMENTS

• Medical device sales experience within urology, endourology or a related surgical specialty
• Strong business development skills with a proven ability to win new accounts
• Commercially driven with the confidence to engage senior clinical stakeholders and procurement teams
• Self-motivated, ambitious and excited by the opportunity to build something new

THE PACKAGE

• Basic salary up to £60,000
• £22,000 uncapped bonus
• £625 per month car allowance
