Business Development Manager Location: Remote (UK) Compensation: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and equity (EMI options) Reports to: Founders About Us We're a venture-backed residential payments platform built on regulated banking infrastructure. We're growing fast, with an ambitious roadmap to become the default payments layer for the UK rental market. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape commercial strategy and own a market.

The Role We're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new business across the UK letting agent market. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation through to close, selling our platform to letting agents, property managers, and build-to-rent operators. It's a high-autonomy, high-reward role for someone who wants to build rather than maintain.

What You'll Do Build and own a pipeline of letting agents and property management firms across the UK Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly new-business targets Develop relationships with industry bodies and partners to generate inbound and referral channels Feed market intelligence back into product and marketing to sharpen our proposition Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings Help establish repeatable sales processes as we scale What We're Looking For Proven B2B sales track record, ideally in PropTech, lettings, property software, or financial services Experience selling into letting agents or the wider residential property sector (strongly preferred) A genuine hunter mentality, comfortable generating your own pipeline and owning targets Strong commercial instincts and the ability to sell a regulated, technical product in plain language A self-starter who thrives in an early-stage, fast-moving environment with limited structure Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills What We Offer Solid base salary with uncapped, accelerator-based commission Equity through EMI share options A real seat at the table as we build the commercial engine from scratch Fully remote working Room to grow into a senior commercial leadership role as the team scales
