Job Title: Business Development Manager Main Roles and Responsibilities: Building and management of business relationships with new and existing partners.

Representing Zota at business events, conferences, and exhibitions to establish new partnerships, expand the companys network, and identify new business development. Performance Monitoring: Defining, tracking, and improving KPIs related to business development, ensuring transparency and alignment with company objectives. Ensuring comprehensive reporting of departmental activities, partnership statuses, lead progress and KPIs through Salesforce and other tools.

Assisting Operational Departments in ensuring partner performance meets company standards and conducting price negotiations as guided by the Financial Department ensuring profitability. Work closely with the Customer Success Department to gather customer feedback and requests, translating them into departmental goals while promoting newly launched payment solutions. Market Analysis: Conducting proactive research to monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments, ensuring Zota remains a market leader.

Knowledge consolidation: Continuously expanding industry knowledge within the financial services sector by monitoring market trends, regulatory changes, and conducting proactive research to identify strategically important partnerships, ensuring the company remains responsive to evolving demands. Required qualifications and skills: Managing deplanement procedures, optimizing workflows, and providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Product Knowledge is a must: In-depth knowledge of Zotas payment solutions, Metagate, internal processes and financial services.

Strong and effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, ensuring clarity and precision in all interactions. Strong planning and time management. Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Experience in business development, sales, or a related role is a plus.
