Position: Business Development Headhunter / Sales Hunter (Headhunting) Miami, FL (on-site with flexibility) Scope: U.S. market (with focus on Florida / East Coast) Who we are We're an Executive Search firm expanding internationally and launching / scaling operations in the U.S. , starting from Miami . We partner with national and international companies to hire key leadership and critical roles through a high-touch, tailored search approach. Who are looking for We're hiring a Business Development Representative / Sales Hunter to join our founding team in Miami .

You're a true hunter—comfortable opening doors, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and driving revenue. Background in B2B professional services (headhunting, staffing, consulting, HR services, SaaS, corporate solutions) is a strong plus. What you'll do Prospect and win new client accounts in the U.S. market.

Build and execute commercial plans by industry/vertical. Lead the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, proposals, follow-up, and closing . Work closely with our consultants to ensure exceptional delivery and client experience.

What we need Bachelors degree (Business, Marketing, International Relations or related). 4+ years in B2B business development/sales (preferably professional services). Strong understanding of the U.S. business landscape; network in Miami/Florida is a plus. Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
