MBA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, MCA, BHM & BHMCT graduates

Experience

0–2 Years

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Salary is negotiable for experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with and counsel working professionals regarding career development programs.
• Generate sales through cold calling and lead follow-ups.
• Understand candidate profiles and promote suitable management programs.
• Build and maintain relationships through calls, meetings, and emails.
• Maintain candidate databases and records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow complete pre-sales and post-sales processes.
• Actively contribute as a team player and drive business growth.
