Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive – Business Development

Location: Pune (Viman Nagar)

Salary: ₹5,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 CTC per annum

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Identify and target new business opportunities in the IT equipment rental market
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders with matured approach towards Account Management
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, relevant developments and awareness towards competitor activities
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals independently
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Track and report on sales performance metrics covering various dimensions

Qualifications

• Any Graduate, MBA in Marketing (preferred) Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT Hardware and Solutioning -System Integration
• Strong understanding of the IT equipment market and preferably on rental solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation s kills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Results driven with a proactive and aggressive approach to sales
• Willingness to travel as needed
