The software is a highly advanced software platform powered by AI, designed to help health care organisations improve patient-flow visibility, operational efficiency, waiting-stage communication, and service coordination. We are looking for experienced commercial professionals who can open doors, influence decision-makers, and secure strategic opportunities within the health care industry.

You will: Lead senior-level sales conversations across the healthcare sector Engage decision-makers with a compelling commercial proposition Build strategic pipeline opportunities Position the software system as a leading health-tech solution Drive free pilot engagement and long-term adoption You should have: Strong B2B new business sales experience Confidence operating at senior decision-maker level Experience in healthcare, SaaS, enterprise technology, or digital transformation Strong closing ability and commercial drive A proven track record of exceeding targets Package 30% commission OTE £150,000–£250,000+ Flexible / remote Opportunity to help grow a standout AI-powered health-tech solution Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success Strong negotiation skills Strong communication and presentation skills CRM experience is preferred
