This is a high-impact, customer-facing position that combines branch-based service with active field engagement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial inclusion by promoting health insurance products to walk-in customers and conducting on-site visits to generate new business. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a commitment to achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. --- Responsibilities: Handle and assist walk-in customers at the bank branch with professionalism and efficiency Communicate, pitch, and educate customers about health insurance products and their benefits Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and local stakeholders Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities through field visits and outreach Conduct product demonstrations and provide on-the-spot training to customers Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales and performance targets Collaborate with internal teams to align on business goals and customer needs Visit client locations for product information, follow-ups, and deal closure Note: This is a Branch + Field Sales role requiring regular travel across assigned zones. --- Requirements Graduate (Technical & Non-Technical streams) 3-Year Diploma holders B.Voc candidates Only 2021 to 2025 pass-outs are eligible.
