A fast-growing, consultancy within the commercial office space sector is looking for a Business Development Executive to join its expanding Central London team. The Opportunit y:You will play a pivotal role in driving growth by engaging with senior decision-makers, helping businesses secure workspace solutions across Central London. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, meeting new people, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmen t. Key Responsibiliti es:Build and maintain relationships with business leaders and key decision-make rs.Identify and generate new business opportunities via phone, email, and Linked In.Attend networking events, industry meetups, and client meetings across Lond on.Manage and develop a pipeline of high-value prospec ts.Act as a key representative of the business in all client interactio ns. About You:Outgoing, personable, and confident in social and professional setti ngs.Strong communicator with a natural ability to build rapp ort.Polished and professional presentat ion.Target-driven with a strong desire to earn and progr ess.Comfortable with outreach activity (calls, emails, Linked In).
