Dibiaa is a premium, design-led jewellery packaging brand helping jewellery businesses with high-quality, eco-friendly packaging.

The Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to build and grow Dibiaa’s Hyderabad market.

You will be based out of our Experience Centre and spend significant time meeting jewellers, visiting jewellery businesses, generating new leads, and converting them into customers.

What You’ll Do

• Develop the Hyderabad jewellery market through field sales

• Meet jewellers, manufacturers, wholesalers, boutiques, and jewellery brands

• Generate and convert new leads into customers

• Understand packaging requirements and recommend suitable products

• Handle follow-ups, quotations, samples, negotiations, and closures

• Build relationships and drive repeat business

• Maintain CRM and sales activity records

• Achieve monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of sales/business development experience

• Field sales or B2B sales experience preferred

• Jewellery industry experience is a strong advantage

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Comfortable with frequent field travel and cold outreach

• Own bike/two-wheeler preferred

• Target-oriented and proactive
