United Freight Logistics (UFL) is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Position: Business Development Executive

Shift: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Location: Gurgaon

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US logistics/freight industry.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other business channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable logistics solutions.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/client information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in Business Development / Sales / International BPO / US Sales preferred.
• Candidates with international BPO or US market experience will be given preference.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Comfortable working in the US shift.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
