Job Description Job Description Job Title: Business Development Executive – Precision Machine Shop (Aerospace & Medical) Location: Corona, CA Compensation: 70-90k annual Salary plus commission. Employment Type: Full-Time About Us We are a high-precision CNC machine shop serving the aerospace and medical industries, known for tight tolerances, complex geometries, and consistent quality. Our team partners with engineers, buyers, and program managers to deliver mission-critical components where quality is non-negotiable. Position Overview We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to expand our customer base and grow existing accounts. We have significant opportunities with existing clients who are world class in their respective fields. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with OEMs, contract manufacturers, and procurement teams in aerospace and medical sectors. The successful candidate will have extraordinary time-management skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. You’ll be the face of our company, identifying opportunities, quoting projects, and working closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure customer success. Key Responsibilities Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and industry outreach Manage and grow existing customer accounts Meet with customers on-site to understand technical requirements and applications Review RFQs and collaborate with estimating/engineering to develop competitive quotes Follow up on quotes and close new business Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet or exceed revenue targets Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry requirements Represent the company at trade shows and industry events Develop annual sales projections and goals.
