⏰ Shift: US Shift | Monday-Friday | 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM
Fixed Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA
Incentives: Uncapped earning potential with no upper limits

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, emails, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain relationships with shippers and customers.
- Manage opportunities from initial contact through closure.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Consistently achieve sales and business development targets.
