Location: Glasgow City Centre (Full-Time, In-Person) Hours: 35 hours per week Company: 7C Digital Media (7cdm.co.uk) The Role Top performers can earn £10K+/monthly. We are looking for a highly driven, hungry, and target-focused Business Development Executive to generate new business through cold calling, direct outreach, and face‑to‑face prospecting across Glasgow. This is not a passive role.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Generation (90%) Cold call local and UK-based businesses daily. Prospect and approach businesses in person across Glasgow. Identify decision-makers and pitch digital marketing services.

Sell websites, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing services. Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close. Book and conduct meetings with qualified prospects.

Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Pipeline & Reporting (10%) Track leads, calls, and deals in CRM. Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow‑ups.

Report weekly performance and pipeline progress. Targets & Expectations High daily call volume (minimum 80–120 calls/day). Consistent outbound prospecting (phone + in‑person).

Weekly meeting and revenue targets. Strong closing performance. Requirements Minimum 3+ years sales experience (B2B only).

Minimum 2+ years experience in digital marketing or web services sales. Proven track record in cold calling and closing deals. Strong understanding of: SEO, Paid Ads (Google/Meta), Websites / WordPress / Ecommerce, Social media marketing.

Skills Confident, direct communicator. Resilient under pressure and rejection. Strong objection handling.

Persuasive and results‑focused. Highly self‑motivated and competitive. What We’re Looking For Someone hungry to make money.

What You Get £2,000/month base salary. 10‑20% Commission on closed deals, with average deal size between £12k and £24k. Clear growth path within the company to manage more SDR's in the future. Direct impact on company revenue and growth.
