Key Responsibilities

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with IT companies.

✅ Generate new client partnerships for recruitment and placements.

\n

✅ Manage and strengthen existing client relationships.

\n

✅ Organize and coordinate off-campus placement drives.

\n

✅ Visit companies to create business and placement opportunities.

\n

✅ Represent Codenera at HR events, job fairs, and networking sessions.

\n

✅ Drive successful placements for students and candidates in IT companies.

\n

What We‘re Looking For

\n

✔️ 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Recruitment, or Placements.

\n

✔️ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

\n

✔️ Knowledge of the IT hiring ecosystem is an added advantage.

\n

✔️ Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings and events.
