Business Development Executive

Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr The Opportunity We are looking for Business Developers and 360 recruiters to join BioTalent and develop a specialist desk within this high-impact area of life sciences. This is a 360, full-cycle recruiting role with a solid foundation to build from, including existing clients, live roles, and clear market demand. You will focus on sourcing and placing high-quality professionals into agencies, consultancies, and in-house teams while building out your own client base.

What You Will Be Doing Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development and client management through to candidate delivery and placement Building long-term partnerships with clients across medical communications and client services functions Becoming a market expert within your niche, developing a strong network of candidates and clients Advising clients on hiring strategies, market trends, and talent availability Delivering a high-quality, consultative experience for both candidates and clients What We Are Looking For A proven 180 or 360 recruiter, ideally with experience in life sciences, healthcare, or agency-based recruitment Strong commercial awareness and the drive to build and own a specialist desk An interest in medical communications, scientific engagement, and client-facing roles within pharma and biotech Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment while maintaining high standards of delivery Why BioTalent?
