Job Description Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) โ Robotics/Oil & Gas Company: PetroBot Technologies Private Limited Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site) Experience: 1โ3 Years (Technical B2B Sales / NDT / Oil & Gas preferred) Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (Electronics/Electrical also considered) or equivalent field experience. Joining: Immediate Joiners Only (Max 15 days notice period) What You Will Do (Responsibilities): Lead Generation: Find new B2B leads using the GeM Portal, LinkedIn, and cold outreach. Sales Execution: Conduct cold calls, send pitches, and introduce our robotic solutions to industrial clients.
Client Coordination: Act as the first point of contact, schedule technical demos, and maintain the CRM. Tender Support: Help the team compile data for quotations, bids, and government tender documents. Market Tracking: Monitor competitor activities and track industry shifts.
Qualifications What We Are Looking For (Requirements): Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred. Candidates with strong, relevant field experience in NDT/Oil & Gas sales without a degree are also welcome. Experience: 1โ3 years in B2B technical sales, industrial services, or engineering sales.
Skills: Strong cold-calling skills, excellent English & Hindi communication, and a target-driven mindset. Availability: Must be able to join immediately or within 2 weeks. Additional Information Candidate Profile Growth Mindset: Interested in long-term employment with a desire to move up within the company.
Work Ethic: Willing to work at any level and "get your hands dirty" to ensure project success. Adaptability: Able to handle the pressure of live site environments and remote location.
