Company Overview The client is a Japanese F&B company headquartered in Osaka, operating 12 restaurants and 10 cake shops in Singapore. Job Summary Lead site acquisition, franchise growth, and marketing strategies to expand business opportunities locally and overseas for a Japanese F&B brand in Singapore. Responsibilities Lead site acquisition and manage outlet development projects to expand the brand footprint Drive franchise development by identifying and securing new franchise partners Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement Identify and develop new business opportunities in Singapore and international markets Communicate effectively in English, Japanese, and Chinese to liaise with diverse stakeholders Negotiate agreements and partnerships to support business growth and franchise expansion Required competencies and certifications Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in F&B, retail, or business development Proven experience in site acquisition and/or franchise development Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong marketing knowledge with demonstrated ability to execute marketing plans Strong negotiation and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
