Due to business expansion, we are seeking a Business Development Center (BDC)Manager - NSW to join our dynamic team.

Summary

The BDC Manager plays a critical role in driving dealership growth by leading the customer engagement team, optimizing lead management, and ensuring seamless communication between sales, service, and customers. This position requires a results‑oriented leader with strong coaching skills, operational discipline, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the BDC team, setting clear KPIs and performance standards
  • Oversee inbound and outbound communications (phone, email, digital) to maximize lead conversion
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, appointment setting, and customer retention
  • Partner with Sales and Service Managers to align BDC activities with dealership goals
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, reporting results to senior management
  • Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve high productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with dealership processes, brand standards, and customer service excellence
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in automotive dealership operations, preferably in a BDC or sales leadership role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of coaching success
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and implement improvement strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM/DMS systems and digital communication platforms
