As we expand, we're looking for a driven Business Development professional with 2+ years of experience to grow our client pipeline and secure new business.

You'll identify hiring needs, engage prospects through creative outreach, and manage the sales process from initial contact to signed partnership. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, business development, or recruitment and is proactive, target-driven, and eager to take ownership. You should be confident in engaging stakeholders, comfortable testing new approaches, and motivated to contribute directly to business growth.

International experience is an advantage. This isn’t just about closing deals. It’s about targeting and onboarding partners that need recruitment support across different locations.

Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with companies across sectors that hire short- to long-term contractors. Run effective outreach campaigns using email, LinkedIn, calls, and creative lead-generation strategies to open conversations with potential partners. Understand each company’s needs and recommend suitable profiles from our pool of pre-vetted global candidates.

Manage the client onboarding process: outreach, discovery calls, and contractual agreements signed Maintain accurate records across our CRM and internal systems. Represent Recruitable professionally during calls, meetings, events, or virtual presentations. Someone with 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or any client-facing role. Have prior experience in sales, business development or any role where you have gained experience in the full sales cycle. Target-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by results.

Energetic, positive, and comfortable reaching out proactively to new employers every day. Strong problem-solver who can think on their feet and propose smart, practical solutions. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads and conversations at once.

Curious and commercially aware, you want to understand which companies and locations are hiring the most. Eager to learn new tools, experiment with different approaches, and continuously improve. You love finding ways to automate and streamline processes.
